Description
Logan Simpson Design is seeking a marketing/proposal specialist with experience developing proposals, including preparing proposal drafts, writing and editing, and managing the proposal schedule. Additional duties include: evaluating and distributing leads, identifying opportunities through market research, and helping maintain the marketing/proposal calendar. A portfolio of samples is desirable. This position is in our Tempe, Arizona office.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, high-energy, pleasantly persistent individual who demonstrates initiative, commitment to quality, and effective problem-solving and time-management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated editing/writing skills
- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- At least three years of proposal development experience in consulting, landscape architecture, civil engineering, or other closely related industry
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience performing market research a plus
- Experience with Deltek Vision a plus
