Description
Wespac Construction, a local, general contracting firm, seeks highly-organized, detailed, energetic Marketing Coordinator for its Phoenix office. The position will report directly to the Marketing Director and support a wide range of marketing activities. The preferred candidate will have a bacheloršs degree, 3-5 years experience in the A/E/C industry, outstanding writing and communication skills and pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities include writing and preparing proposals and qualifications packages, creating and maintaining marketing collateral material, maintaining marketing database, exploring leads and researching clients, assisting in events, marketing campaigns, public relations activities, award submittals and other client-related activities.
Required qualifications include familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (advanced InDesign), Deltek or similar CRM database management experience and proposal writing experience.
