Job Description
Lee Engineering, LLC a leading traffic/transportation planning and engineering firm, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, well organized, dynamic, personable and creative Marketing Coordinator for its office in Phoenix, AZ office. This new team member will work closely with the firm's senior management responding to Requests for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals. Overall responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
· Writing, editing, proofreading, and designing proposals, qualification documents, reports and presentation materials
· Pre-proposal meeting attendance, as-needed.
· Researching and developing leads and project opportunities.
· Administrative and office clerical tasks (ordering office supplies; mailing; reception)
· Maintaining regional project information database; developing and maintain regional marketing materials; including project sheets, resumes, firm overviews and other standard firm materials.
· Tracking and developing teaming arrangements for prospective projects
· Responding quickly and accurately to client teaming requests for information regarding the firm and its capabilities.

Job Requirements
· BA/BS in Journalism/Communications/English/Business preferred
· Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
· Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred but not required.
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphics/layout programs.
· Experience and knowledge of federal, state and local agencies and proposal processes a plus
· Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
· Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and pay close attention to details in a deadline-driven environment
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
