SMPS Arizona Presents Webinar: Financial Management for Marketing and BD Professionals

(PHOENIX, Ariz.) — The Society for Marketing Professional Services Arizona chapter presents the Webinar Financial Management for Marketing and BD Professionals on Nov. 4, 8 – 10 a.m. at Jokake Construction,5013 E. Washington Street, Suite 100, Phoenix. The cost is $40 for SMPS members and $80 for non-members. This Webinar is approved for 1.5 hours of Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) CEUs and AIA LU hours.

Learning Objectives

Learn the basics of financially pricing out a project and tracking the profitability of a job, staff, and the firm overall.
Understand and be able to speak the financial jargon that your boss and firm's senior management are always speaking.
Develop an appreciation of what certain projects really cost the firm and why some projects do not survive the Go/No-go decision.
Gain a top-level perspective of what is really involved in financially operating a successful A/E/C firm.
